The Forest of Dean Diet Plan



 

The "Diet Plans" was originally developed by Ken the author for his wife Christine who at that time weighed 22.7 stone with a dress size of 32 plus.

By Christine following the "Diets Plan" she managed to reduce her weight to 10. 7 stone with a dress size of 10 to 12, in only 12 months and has now maintained her new weight for over 26 months.

After being stopped persistently, when out shopping with his wife and having to explain how she lost so much weight. 

Ken has at last written 10 new books based on these diet plans:

Ken Davies is now a qualified Weight Consultant, Nutritional Therapist and Herbalist and has used his new skills to enhance the "Forest of Dean Diet Plan".
